Abstract:
The technique of loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is the relevant topic for today which is covered in this work. The focus is on efficiency, specificity, high accuracy and, at the same time, the availability of this technique for use in laboratories with relatively low funding. The work reflectes on the issues of wide application of this method both in general medical laboratory practice and for detection of GM events.
For specialists in the field of molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, teachers and students of higher educational institutions of III-IV levels of accreditation.
Keywords:
Loop–mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), genetically modified organisms (GMO), detection DNA, analytical diagnostic sensitivity, analytical diagnostic specificity
